Indian Public School is owned and managed by RK Education Trust. The School is an Un-Aided Private Educational Institution.
Indian Public School took birth in 1982 in Sultanpalya, once a quaint area in the North Bangalore. Today, 40 years later, the school nestles itself in Kanakanagar at a purpose built campus –synonymous with its ideology of open space.
The multi-facility Indian Public School Campus sits on a 6500+ Sq Mtr land and includes classrooms, laboratories including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Computer, Montessori and Language, multiple libraries including open reading rooms, an Art and Yoga Studio with a butterfly garden, a Counselling Suite, Medical Rooms, and an Auditorium with competition standard Badminton and Table Tennis Courts, multiple playgrounds and play areas. Amongst these facilities also sits an open classroom under the neem tree.
From an infrastructure point of view, Indian Public School boasts of Fire Safety Enabled Campus, Ramps, Lifts and Access Points, a Full CCTV Monitored campus with over 100+ cameras, Power Backup and Cycle Parking Facility. Our campus is a fully rain-water harvested campus with a 90,000+ Liter rain water storage facility and re-charge wells. With our belief in water conservation, we have also been able to set up a Japanese style Miyawaki forestry garden in our premises.

Academically, we believe a student’s holistic education takes shape away from text book and Indian Public School offers a “Concept First” approach with text books being used as a study aid. From their early schooling years, students will use our various laboratory facilities to practically learn various concepts.
Co-Curricular: Whether sports or art & craft and all other activities in between, Indian Public School aims to integrate as many Co-Curricular activities into its education practice. Sports activities include Indoor Badminton and Table Tennis, Outdoor Basketball, Throwball, Volley Ball, Kho-Kho, Long Jump Pit. Our dedicated sports instructors aim to bring out the best competitive spirit in your child. With a dedicated Art Studio, watch your child shine through various Art practices including Fine Art, Origami and even creating craft through upcycling of junk.
